Return and refund policy

At Erricap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with a clear and transparent return process.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be authorized before being sent back

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Provide clear return instructions
  • Issue a prepaid return shipping label when applicable

3. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Change of Mind or Ordering Error

For returns due to personal preference or ordering the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Shopify Payments within 3–5 business days
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
