If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with applicable law, Erricap reserves the right to terminate access to our website or services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual-property rights.
